You will receive a tracking number via email once the order has shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Khlifi is not liable for delays or lost orders resulting from wrong addresses.

International orders may be subject to customs fees or taxes. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:

Khlifi is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery.
