1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund within 14–30 days of receiving your order (set your preferred timeframe). To qualify:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • All accessories and packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., personal-care items, opened consumables).

2. Non-Returnable Situations

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Damage caused by improper use

  • Orders that arrive after customer refused delivery

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos. We will:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Provide a full refund

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 3–10 business days

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
